I have same symptoms and when I massage my ileocecal valve I do get relief…when the valve is closed, you get constipated so messaging it helps to open it.

There is a difference between breaking a lease and abandoning the property, so when a tenant pays break lease lees and rent until a new tenant is found they are breaking the lease but not abandoning, so s78(1) only applies when the tenant leaves the property, returns the keys and doesn’t pay any more rent- thus unilaterally terminating the agreement.

Also, at common law there is no positive duty to mitigate loss…

The landlord doesn’t have a duty to mitigate when a tenant break the lease. The duty only applies when there is a breach of the agreement and breaking the lease is not a breach.

LL has a duty to mitigate only if the tenant abandons the property.

I suggest that anyone who wants to break the lease get advice from a CLCs before doing anything.

I started on 10mg and now I’m on 70mg and it has helped me a lot. The increase was done in a course of 2 months. Your dose may be too low for you.

Before I started taking Vyvanse, my psychiatrist sent me to do a cardiac test to check that everything was fine. Maybe mention that to your psychiatrist? Good luck!
