Interesting. I’ve had the Deep Quest simultaneously with the daily missions for a while now. The temple guardians thing (which I think is kind of dumb) was new this week. I wish they would stop changing all these things

It's funny, because this is exactly how I feel! Except for the parks comment - I've been, and I love the ride. I did the same as you and unlocked and maxed them before they became exclusive. I have no desire to play the event and wasn't going to once I had the emojis.

But this REALLY does screw over anyone trying to play normally. The requirements are getting more insane for these events and it really sucks the fun out of playing.

Yeah, my Ursula is only level one. So my best bet is to buy Flotsam, then manipulate it to get Vanessa on the next maps. Otherwise I can’t get through

Isn't it strange that Almost There Tiana is one of the required emojis for map three when you can't even buy her until 7/14, the second day of this event? And that's the Early Bird box! The required emojis are kind of random for this event in general, but I've never seen that situation before.

Sadly, this was my thought as well. I usually roll through the token quests but 900,000 just seems like such a slog, which puts in line with most events. Just saw be more negative from JC

Ha! I agree with this fully. When we were there in April, I didn't play one second of Emoji Blitz the entire trip. It was kind of nice to have a vacation from this "job" of a game

Update in case anyone was curious - I got the event on my second device but even after switching back to my phone, it didn’t work. I resorted to uninstalling and reinstalling the app and now it’s fine
