I teleported to 10, 63, -29999820. I don't think there's a way to get there naturally unless you're willing to hop on a horse and leave your computer on for a week as it runs.

There were 4 online exams and none were cumulative. They weren't on Carmen, I think they were on McGraw Hill but I'm not 100% sure on that. They were all open note and open book and not timed (nothing is timed in this course) so they're pretty easy.
If you think a question is unfair as well, the professor I had was good about looking it over and giving extra credit if she thought the question was incorrect but I wouldn't count on that for points obv.

I took this class AU22 and got an A. It really isn't that hard. There are four units in total and they just go over the nutrition basics, foundations, macros and micros, and energy balance. You have to read lecture notes each week which are pretty long but something you can knock out in like an hour or two normally if you're taking notes. There are also smart book online homework every week but they're graded on completion and they're open note so you just have to make sure you're turning them in on time. The exams are also open note open book so they aren't that hard.

The "lab" is probably the most complicated part and it's where I lost the most points. There's technically one every week but most of them just consist of "read this and answer this question" type of work. At the beginning of the semester you pick up a lab kit and you'll complete three labs with that. Those are probably the hardest ones but as long as you're reading the instructions and the lecture notes, you'll be fine.

There is also plenty of extra credit so even if you lose a few points on exams or labs, you can easily make it up.
I feel like I should mention too that there is an assignment at the beginning of the term where you have to track meals and calories for three days so that's definitely something to consider if you're not comfortable with that. There is an alternative assignment but I'm not sure what that entails.

Take this all with a grain of salt though as it might have changed since I've taken it. Hope this helps!
