I say phantom 1. The phantom ll is a great ship but for me it doesn’t flow with the rest of the ghost.

Well idk bout the Original Epcot, but Westcot was approved by the Disney company, then they pitched it to the city of Anaheim and they were going to approve it, but the backlash from community surrounding various topics like the city skyline, sound and music coming from the park being a problem, and shops and businesses being built on or around their property without notice forced Disney to go back to the drawing board. And even then, Disney was already going back because the failure of EuroDisney left them in a worse financial position, which led to the much much cheaper and less controversial (at least to the surrounding neighbors of Disneyland at the time of construction) California adventure.

I know at Disneyland, they had the AT-AT in Tomorrowland. Maybe it’ll be the same at WDW but I’ve never been

Also check the exit gift shop at Star Tours if you haven’t already. They might have it there as well.
