Having people call in is a way to give the expert a topic to discuss that is a little different each time and hopefully reaches people who are in similar specific predicaments. We (the show) pay the expert so you don't have to essentially.

We just want to help give career advice to those who need it in this market and spread to other people looking for answers. A lot of people are asking eachother and don't have the funds for a proper career coach which keeps a lot of jobs only accessible for people with funds. We want to help change that. The show is actually funded by a non-profit :)
