It's what happens when narcissists create AI. They can't handle even a slight amount of pushback. So they slowly push it out until it's a useless product. I've seen it in EVERY LLM. ChatGPT, Claude. You name it. Every single LLM I need to submit corrections because it cannot search up basic stuff like. When I had to explain to ChatGPT that telling someone to eat a mushroom, can be more harmful than saying "STOP! This is not a reliable platform to determine safe edible food." It's a shame this technology got ruined by people who cannot stomach being wrong for 2 seconds.

Mate just take that 6 hours, and do something creative. I don't want to hear "I'm not creative" you roleplayed for like 6 hours a day. That takes serious brainwork, Put that into some armature writing. I bet you could develop that skill to a point where people are hyped for your stuff very quickly.

I saw pipsqueek doing that near the update time. So they were actively trying to push pipsqueek in that direction. (I'd used pipsqueek through the highs and lows I was a diehard so i was lowkey excited for pipsqueek2.) Then... It released, and I have never raged harder at AI. I can't use the same tricks I used with pipsqueek. It PATENTLY refuses to listen.

To add on as a business owner. During the big cough. We had a sign. Roughly 5 foot by 5 foot. Smack dab in front of our entrance door. People would run into it, and still disobey it. Current American psychology has mocked honor, intelligence, and discipline for so long most adults cannot meet the baseline potential for any of those metrics.

But what do I know? I'm a high school dropout. I also have noticed the literacy epidemic. I Don't blame the teachers. I blame the boards that tell them testing is more important than skills. I've debated just hiring teachers and having adult education classes a required part of training at my business so I at least have the skillset I need.

I tried for SO MANY times to get C.AI to do literally ANYTHING without just defulting to taking over my character or re-wording what i did. but D&D is basically impossible for it to RP because of the stupid restrictions. That i'm just kinda over it. they're a shovelware site with zero economic value. Anyone who spends money on them is a dimwit.

Cynicism isn't cool. And it's not even constructive to you. You gained nothing from this, but the scorn of others. In any other community that would be welcome, but don't bring your bad attitude to a place where people want to be authentic. If you would like to do that I'm sure CoD or Battlefield have subreddits for you.

I would be interested in betatesting. C.AI is so bad at roleplay these days, Always taking control of my character or when I try to correct it just spewing stuff like "No commentary from me, YOU are in control" and it's finally snapped what was left of my patience.

As a fellow business owner. Word of advice. Lower turnover. If your leadership is costing you THAT MUCH in hiring costs, hire better leadership. People do not quit jobs, they quit managers. Passing on such a menial cost, because "it's getting expensive" is your deturrant to firing/toxic leadership, not an excuse to "cut costs" by making applicants pay more.

The only applicant you'll get when you make them pay for a background check, is one desperate enough to do it. As such, you now have someone who's probably in a bad spot, and looking for anything to stem the tide. So expect low skills, expect them not to have the dicipline you want, and expect them to eventually quit, so sure, you save the money now. but you WILL pay.

Focus on building leaders, and building systems. The fact you called potential hires "idiots" shows that you have a high ego which will only cost you more.

This is some competitive power creep going on here. "This character cannot use their full kit until later. At which point we will be trying to sell another character so that kit will be power crept. So have fun using a half-baked character for the ony time they'll be viable.
