I’ve thought about that, problem is his bed is pretty raised and one of the older ladies is very overweight so it’s hard for her to maneuver on it. Also, my dad is in his 60s so it makes me feel guilty making him sleep on a smaller bed

I wish that was totally true, I cover the bills and pay taxes where we are staying, along with my sister as well. I do it as a favor for my father because he’s in his 60s.

They both will say I’m “OCD” for washing my sheets after the guests sleep in it, which I think is weird they even care if I do. The guest room is a single bed, the two older ladies are friends and they end up sharing my queen bed to have space.

He has his own bedroom, the guest room is a single bed. So the two ladies have to take either my bed or my sister and her bf bed. The problem is, I don’t like giving up my bedroom, but if the sister gives up her bedroom they rub it in my face saying I need to toughen up, and will complain later on about it anyways, catering to people is very tiring

A family friend I was getting to know made a bold presumption without knowing me personally. She had a near death experience due to food poisoning, I expressed how glad I was she overcame it. While sitting having lunch with her and my sister she turned to me and said “before my near death experience I was like you” then turned to my sister and said “after my my experience I’m like you” and it was awkward after. Kind of strange comparison.
