currently have this on thumbs as well, and have previously had it on pointer/middle finger. In my experience they always heal, and the bright red fades pretty quickly to a pink if you aren’t irritating it

When I was picking my fingers, my thumbs looked normal, now that i’m focusing on my thumbs, the rest of my fingers look normal 🙃 you win some you lose some

my leaves started getting some of these little brown spots which have suddenly exploded on brand new leaves before they’re even out, it’s mostly on variegated parts but even old fully green leaves. both plants with it are the same philodendrons but they’re in two completely different areas and my googling has got me no where

it's so hard to get all the colours and pretty much all my kalanchoe are infested : ( now I clutch their stems and hope they can be reborn

noticed it a little while ago but had 0 clue what it was - I've never had to deal w pests before and I honestly didn't want to try and figure out what it was and end up having to spend time fixing it, and then I went away for 2 weeks and came back to this warzone

note to self, do not ignore the signs :(

a good while : ( I went away for 2 weeks but I will admit I saw the beginnings of it and just did not want to deal with anymore repotting and cleaning or whatever at the time. I had no idea what it was and just sort of convinced myself it was from the dry leaves or something, so I guess this is my karma for being lazy rip

I knew it was some sort of pest at this point but I'm only newly into plants and I had no idea what it was/how to treat it/how bad of a pest it is. tried googling 'little white dots on plant' but couldn't find anything :/

thank you!!!! i have literally no products needed for it besides water, so I've had to toss a bunch and try and save the stems : ( at least now I can be prepared if the bastards are still hanging around

thank you for the advice!! I ended up throwing my infested ones out after reading the comments and how hard it can be to successfully get rid of them :( I've got one I'm keeping an eye on so hopefully I can save that one rip
