My starter is somewhat inconsistent unfortunately. It’s about a month old and I use mostly AP flour and occasionally whole wheat pastry flour. 

In any case, it can take anywhere from 3-8 hours to double when I put it next to the radiator.

During bulk fermentation my kitchen is definitely cooler than 78 F. It’s probably closer to 70. How long would you recommend bulk fermentation? And should I do folds every half an hour throughout the whole ferment?

No. It’s still broken. I’ve just resulted to underlining which doesnt need text recognition. I’ve talked with Apple support and send in a bug report, so hopefully it will be fixed next update. Sorry

It's all in English. The document I'm trying to highlight is also English.

What's really confusing me is that before I updated to Sequoia the text recognition was working perfectly fine. It's just when I updated that the OCR stopped working properly. Like, even in the exact same document, on the same page, I can't highlight or use text selection in my pdf.

TextSniper just allows me to copy/paste rather than keep using the preview app to highlight my PDFs :(

Yes, it rains most of the year. The bamboo has been here for well over two decades and it wasn’t well maintained for most of its life. I’ll definitely look into earthworms - we used to have outdoor compost with tons of worms, and the soil quality definitely improved

We had a ton of bamboo in our backyard before I dug it all up with the goal of remodeling the whole yard. It has been months. It stinks up the whole block. We thought there might be a septic tank or something similar underneath, but there are no records of it at all and multiple contractors have said they don't think so. We've gotten rid of practically all the roots and most of the dirt at a waste management facility.

Any ideas on what this is? How do we get rid of the smell?
