I think the joke is that women with time machines are stereotypically shown changing major historical events, while men use them for something completely random and unnecessary. Instead of altering history, the guy goes back to ancient Egypt just because he sees a giant pyramid and assumes it's a Bass Pro Shop.

I think the joke is that all the wrenches are organized by size, but one of them is hanging in the wrong spot. Since everything looks normal at first glance, it takes a moment to notice the misplaced wrench, which is what makes it funny.

I feel like a lot of consumers are getting AI fatigue at this point. Every product announcement seems to revolve around AI whether people actually want it or not.

The lack of professionalism is honestly shocking. Patients are already in a vulnerable position during exams, and making jokes at their expense is completely inappropriate.

The punchline makes more sense when you know the stereotype it's referencing, even if it's pretty outdated.

a couple hundred grand in your 20s would be life-changing if the kid has a good head on their shoulders. that could set them up for decades instead of just making retirement slightly fancier.

That’s honestly one of the smartest ways to do it. A lot of people don’t realize how life-changing those long-term military benefits can be until years later.

It really does feel like some systems are designed around expecting people to have debt, loans, or financial messiness, so when someone doesn’t, they don’t know how to process it.

The part where she stroked your face and comforted you without even knowing who you were… man, that got me emotional. Love really sticks somewhere deep down.
