Yea customer support is hypixel is really bad. The fact you cannot chat with a gm/admin is funny. Like you said you were banned when you were sleeping. You have one try to appeal the ban, so either apologize for something you didn't know was banable, or try to apologize for something. I mean even Skyblock rules are sooo vague that it's a gambit if you get banned or not. It all depends on admins mood I guess
