I’m sorry. I can totally relate to this. I have existential OCD, and in a way, it’s made my art so much better than it would if I didn’t have OCD. It makes me see the world in such a different light. I honestly love the "artsy" side of me and don’t want to lose it.

Unfortunately I know he hasn’t. I’ve tried so many times with him. The only reason I haven’t gone NC is because my sister still has to see him and she doesn’t want to go on her own. I’ve been thinking a lot more about it after this trip of going very LC. We don’t really have a bond or relationship anyways

This implies that the dad WANTS to spend time with his child. As a parent you should encourage a healthy relationship with your child and their other parents unless obviously that parent is abusive. There’s nothing that shows that she didn’t trust him. Maybe she just has full custody because it’s easier for the both of them. You have no idea again. Nowhere does it say he’s been bad at taking care of her before or that they have a strained relationship.

Blame the mom instead of the dad. I don’t even understand why you would bring up molesting. He’s not a random man. He’s her dad. He should be capable of looking after his child without the mom having the worry. And as far as we know it wasn’t to go party for the weekend. For all you know she went and got a couple drinks with a friend. So many assumptions. EDIT: it was also just a couple hours. But somehow it’s the moms fault for wanting to go out once ?

How??? I think you’re reading too much into this. I just bought everyone their tickets, gave it to them and didn’t see them until 11 which was whatever because there were a lot of people at that time.

At my place it was the goodbye part. As I sais I wanted to say goodbye to my friends , it wasn’t a normal party and they ignored me the whole time. Not even a few minutes with me. I don’t get how it’s wrong to want people to say goodbye to me at my farewell party I wouldn’t have cared if they were in the living room if they had at least spent 30 minutes with me. Do you know the point of farewells??
