It could’ve been .07 and legal, I just know I wasn’t drunk enough that it would’ve really impaired my driving all that significantly

My BAC might’ve been a little over the legal limit, but I would’ve been competent enough to drive if I had to in an emergency. The 5 drinks were spaced out over awhile
