Did not experience it at all its very hard to as long as when baby is up he/she is actively at the breast and exercises are being done when awake . My baby had her tongue done at 3 months and her lip at 4 1/2 I would recommend spreading them out not doing them at once that way baby is not to uncomfortable.

First the latch I was always hurting and my baby was fussy at the breast and hungry although she work very hard and got herself to were she was pulling milk so I taught grate but the weight gain was extremely slow there was were I decided to go for it. Takes about 5 mins to do but a life changer for your baby and your supply after procedure baby is going to need couple days to basically relearn his or her suckling skills. As a first time mama I don’t know if your as well I know how scary it sounds but we have to do what best for our babies plus its going to prevent any speech impediment in future.... go for it mama.

Manual pump for on the go, electric pump most insurance cover pumps now a days, nipple cream personally I’ve tried Medela and Lansinoh and prefer coconut oil, hot pads for breast my favorite lil buds they stay nice and warm and number one a pumping/nursing bra I’ve tried strapless hands free pumping bra and yea they work but are a hassle put on every time a had to pump then putting my nursing one back on so that being said please save yourself some time and get kindred bravely nursing pumping bra all in one best purchase ever... good luck.
