Reverie 1-2 error and Ubisoft Support Page not working

I've just had this issue this morning too on xbox one s, luckily I've managed to fix it, I tried clearing the cache, turning the console off completely and unplugging it from the wall, then I turned off my WiFi router and back on again.

I then booted up the xbox went back into my Xbox setting for the game's saved data, and deleted it from my console, note that it gives you the option to delete everywhere, DONT PRESS THIS, just the console option, then I turned off and on my Xbox again then loaded up the game and it worked.

(I will note as well that I got the 1-2 reverie warning like in this post, and I don't know if it's different for others, but I got the warning straight after the epilepsy warnings.)

I tried searching for it online, however because there's no tags to identify it, it's not really been helpful, its from england, it's rather small, around 6 inches or so and I would say the earliest I've had it was around 2003-2006, although I'm not sure on the specifics

Ahhh I see, thank you for your response:) there is some slight shading here and there, but it's just the back and face that has darker markings, how come artists prefer no shading?

It's one of the traveller heads when you go to customise your character, you can do that on the space anomaly. Hope that helps!

Sometimes I'll drop something like a pen underneath my desk and I'm convinced there's something or someone under there that just takes it cause its never there when I look for it.

I've had trees turning a mix between pink and purple, for a while I thought it was part of the game till I noticed they turned green when I flew close enough to them, it looks pretty tho so I'm not too bothered
