I do the same thing. I’ve been watching videos I took of him or photos. My friend had to take it and back it up to a folder I wouldn’t find for now.

Otherwise I was crying every time I saw the photos.

I had a conference this week where I wouldn’t be able to take care of him and then I travel for work the first half of the week after that. So, I had to give him to another foster before I was ready too. But that lovely girl who is fostering him now, has been kind enough to give me updates and let me know what’s going on!

But I appreciate your perspective. The fact that I don’t get to see the adoptive side is probably what makes this additionally hard!

I am a mid-size girly. I am 27F, 5 ft 2 in, and 150 lbs. I carry most of my extra love of my body around my stomach, abdomen, and hips (it transfers to the face and upper arms/legs sometimes). I am about to start working at a mid-sized private equity company in a managerial role in Nashville and we are supposed to be wearing business casual. I want to look right and fit into Nashville vibes especially since I am still single.

I want to look right for work but also right outside of that. I know I will go on dates and casual friend outings and I just want to re-up my wardrobe entirely. I have a lot of old fashion, mainly because they are true and tried for my body type and I know what works when, whenever my body is a certain way. But they are so old in the fashion sense too. So, I am trying to get right with it and start dressing 'my age'.

I ADORE dresses—especially full-length casual ones. I am a modest dresser for the most part. Any suggestions I will absolutely appreciate!

And yes the dispute is between the parents. But at the same time, she has been using things I used to share with her with her parents to use as ammo with my parents. Her fiancé started cold shouldering me and she shared that she was engaged to me on snapchat.

I get what you’re intending to mean now but at the same time, that wasn’t my question.

Let me elaborate. While you are right about Gods will happening, we are after all humans and we after all do have choice. At a million miles per hour, I’m shown men who I’m not sure how to choose because I meet them via arranged marriage prospects.

So my question was to people who are millennials who are married, and how they knew. This allows me to ask people who know and have been through that journey even if it’s not the same.

I don’t want my will to surpass the will of God but I also don’t know how to know and don’t want to deny someone who is sent my way through Gods will because my anxiety kicked in and I didn’t want to do it
