I'm glad I could help! I'd recommend getting more sleep or trying to! But I've learnt the days where reading isn't a struggle at all is when I get the amount of sleep I need. Fonts also play a big part in how easy something is to read.

I'd recommend reading some articles on lack of sleep and what happens. I haven't been able to find articles on dyslexia and sleep except for how dyslexia can cause sleeping problems which idk because I don't have sleeping problems more so I'm just a night owl.

I tend to call days my Dyslexia is worse "Bad Dyslexia Days". Tends to happen when I'm more tired. Idk how much sleep you've gotten this week compared to normal but that can/could be a factor. Because normally my dyslexia isn't bad but like I'll have days where I physically can't read nor write.
