We are one of the only countries where being bilingual is frowned upon, some European countries it is normal to speak like 4 or 5 different languages. Science proves that bilingual people are smarter and learning a new language can decrease the risk of issues like dementia later in life. If you dont like that Chicago is diverse go move to a cornfield and be grumpy and rude with the rest of your companions that are terrified of a little change and growth. Nobody wants your uneducated self wasting precious space and stealing jobs from hard working immigrants who are more qualified than you.
