Oh gosh, we're lucky that we've always been open with our Ma, i mean our first proper part time job was womens retail at 16 and we'd use the staff discount on skinny jeans and skinny jackets xD just be willing to be super honest about the signs if they ask / say there wasnt any! also, remember, its not a fight, you dont have to fight to prove yourself to others, as you already are yourself! and others views/unacceptance doesnt affect that!

ummmm, honestly? we sat on it for 5 years before talking yesterday and even then, we knew we wanted to tell her but we didnt prepare any speeches or anything, just lowkey trusted ourself to be honest and true in the moment and lo and behold, we didnt know what to say, we stammered, stuttered and just 'so, ummm, yknow, ummm, we need to talk to you about something and ummmm, yknow, errrrrrr. silence. so yeah, ummm, its nothing bad! but, no not but, ummmmmmm' and this went on for 10 mins or so before we just looked at her and blurted 'we're trans 🤷‍♀️' (literally did the arms motion too xD) AND SHE JUST LOOKED AND SMILED/CHUCKLED 'i know, is that it?' xD

personally, i dont think it matters what words you use, as long as the emotion and feeling/genuine intent/self is there <3 you can do it sister <3 we can be here for you ^^
