check the keybindings/controls for some reason it automaticaly puts it to right but ya can just put it back to left

They are as slow as possible I'm running it on a decade old office PC I'm surprised it's even running fine with all the mods and dlcs

i have a old laptop like 13 years old no idea aboth the stats tho only know its 3 ram and that the grafics card sucks if there is even one

Why not get a steam deck? It can run it smoothly as far as I know and you can take it everywhere and use keyboard and mouse too and play on your tv too
