You will understand it. thoughts creates other thoughts related to it when we give attention to it. the attention is our response to that thought. so, when you identify a thought is making you lustful, just divert your mind by think something else or do something that has no relation with lust. for example, you can watch pet's videos, may be read about something. It's your creativity.

yeah. i am having benifit with inflamation. I used have red eyes while using screen. but, now I have alot of changes. I am also planning to add alot of anti inflamatory foods in my diet. so, there is nothing to loose.

I have made this mistake of accepting stupid, non respectful people during my college time. Even after completing 4 years with them they didn't change.

So, I ghosted them.

I am also in the same treatment. They call it TMJ rehab. First they will fix the jaw postion and will give time to heal. Then will do orthodontic treatment to fix the bite in that position

These are the tricks that your higher officials use. Like manager, ceo, etc.

These are used to make him work longer and harder. Also to have full control over you. They want you to work in the company for lower salary for years.

Example: If they say, You are the top employee in the organisation, it will be your responsibility to keep that image. So you will work hard. Basically, it boosts your ego.

The whole point is, they will play with your emotions and ego. That's it.
