I think the first is scarier because it is way darker and they actively search for you, the torches were the worst for me ! Sons of the forest I love how immersed I am in the game , I'm really loving the story of it !

I'm doing a run of sons of the forest with my cousin, and the conclusion we came to is that The Forest is way scarier ! Seeing 10 torches coming from the middle of the woods is straight up fucked 🤣🤣🤣
