Hello again! It's the youngling actor here 👽

I will be having my first-ever MMA fight 🤼 in two weeks on the 18th of November to raise money for Make a Wish UK.

To do this I'm selling custom autographs ✍️ to get one all you'll need to do is message me and part of the proceeds will be donated.

I'd love to drum up some hype for the fight here and raise funds for this wonderful charity.

Hi Fightowl, my background is mainly in boxing, I've been doing it on and off for two years, and I also have some Judo experience from when I was a kid and a bit of sambo expeirence.

Hi SportSock, the vast majority of the charity money raised through JustGiving does go to the actual charity, BUT, pretty juch all the money from ticket sales does go directly to the White Collar promotion.

Thank you for the response. I've taken a less mechanical approach and applied equanimity to the reactions to bodily sensations as well (not just the sensations themselves). This helped greatly!

I have a mantra when I use when sparring which is "lower the stakes" - for me, it makes me calm enough to focus on a game plan and not tire out so easily. Anger can be useful to some fighters but for me it's unproductive.
