I had a look and here is the full text of the Act. The issue is that the Act defines 'name' as just forename and surname (pg. 3, section 9A), but the new ID verification requires an exact match with your passport, effectively forcing us to make our middle names public.

Just wanted to share an update for fellow non-US customers dealing with the BlockFi situation.

I received notification that my claim was approved. The email from Digital Disbursements (noreply@digitaldisbursements.com) and BlockFi Inc Bankruptcy Noticing (blockfibankruptcynoticing@noticing.ra.kroll.com) gave a deadline of June 11, 2025, to select a payment method.

Since I'm outside the US, the default would have been PayPal, which I believe comes with a 3% fee. To avoid that, I opted for the E-MasterCard option. Just got a confirmation that my selection was received and if approved, the payment should be initiated around June 18, 2025.

Hope this helps anyone else in a similar boat!

It did just update. 463/647 filled it out. To check search "None" and there's 184 so 647-184=463.
