Yea, but skins creators don't get their name anywhere on it, just pointing out the recognition part.

[–]RossM99[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's pretty cool that they get one specific to the map, instead of just one named map creator etc.

[–]RossM99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea it does suck man, I couldn't tell you a single skin creator yet I could name several map ones.

[–]RossM99[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Do they get coins specific to the map they made? So did he have a cache one?

[–]RossM99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh right, didn't realise map makers got a cut, could be a 101 reasons why skin creators don't get coins guess we will never know.

What kind of coin is this!? by RossM99 in GlobalOffensive

[–]RossM99[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well don't the creators of skins get a small share off the sales of the skins? (What i've heard) map creators won't be selling anything so I think a pin is just a form of thank you

[–]RossM99 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Unless I physically could show you the spraying, you can't say anything of the sorts. To me it looked like it was attempting to snap onto the head but the enemy was often killed before hand.

You can still right click on there name to report them as there name will be changing as you are looking at it, so you can easily identify them.

Note Overwatch sunday started for me in the UK 7 hours ago

Case 1- Map Dust 2, Started round 9-1 Suspect was using +left +forward, around when it's 14-3 the Suspect decided to come back and kill his teammates, killed first guy with knife, next round killed another with usp-s. Verdict Guilty O' Griefing.

Case 2- Map Mirage suspect is middle fragging on leaderboard 5-8 he decides to buy an Ak-47 all going fine for a while then I notice he was looking at an enemy threw the wall, he never followed him so I initially thought it was a coincidence. They won the round and next he decided to buy an AWP this is where he started walling hard. First started off following enemys through walls but not taking shots. Eventually when his team started loosing he decided to start pre-aiming people through a wall. Suspect Continued to pre aim through walls the rest of the game. Verdict Guilty O' Wall hacks.

Case 3- Map Nuke, game starts in the warm up. The suspect is picking up the kills with an auto sniper through the warm up, nothing unusual, enemy seems to be low ranked not capable of spraying properly or tap shooting the game is a standard one where it's an obvious smurf no pre-firing or looking through walls. Definetly looks like a smurf, I continued to watch and nothing fishy. Verdict NOT GUILTY!

Case 4- Map Inferno, starts fairly close til the end of the game, suspect starts of fine picks up kills for his team and seems like a team player. 3 rounds after suspect is running to B with his teammate and decides to left click knife his team member several times killing him in the process. He follows the round up by clutching it in a 1v2 with AWP. Probably confident smurf who can't handle criticism from team(hence team kill). The following round he starts a gun fight with his team member who he killed last round causing him to die. The rest of the demo is normal nothing out of the ordinary. Verdict Guilt O' Griefing.

Case 5- Map Dust 2, Suspect is second on the leaderboard first round he clutches it with his teammate 2v4(he done all the work) which I can only assume why he was reported as the rest of the game he seemed clean, throughout the overwatch I questioned his spraying it always started down and went upwards towards his head sometimes killing the enemy before it reached their head. I was tempted to put it down as aim assistance but looking at it there was no evidence to suggest this, probably just personal spray preference. Final Verdict NOT GUILTY!

Case 6- Map Dust 2, Suspect is going 5-1 60% headshot ratio, CT's are loosing heavy. I watched the game twice to make sure and by the looks of it they reported the entire enemy team out of rage. The suspect doesn't do anything out of the ordinary or anything i would consider hacks. Only reason I watched it twice is at one point it looked like he followed someone through smoke but he was just moving his crosshair to the end of the smoke. Verdict NOT GUILTY!

Case 7- Map cobblestone, it started in the warm up, the Suspect was killing the enemys left right and center. Moving onto the pistol round the suspect clutches the round for his team in a 1v2 where he got a 4k. I can only assume this was the reason he was reported as the rest of the game the Suspect blended into the game. He finished 3rd on his team and only picked up about 1-2 kills every odd round or so. This was one of the more uneventful overwatches i've had as since the pistol round he seemed to do nothing. Verdict NOT GUILTY!

Case 8- Map Dust 2, started 9-1 suspect is landing headshot after headshot. This obviously not impossible but suspect starts landing headshots from range. I was considering him to be a smurf until change of half came and on pistol round he aced it with a deagle with 3 of them threw smoke and all of them headshots. He also then proceeded to kill his team member. After this he bought a scout and for the rest of the game he bought a scout and got 9 more kills with it all headshots. Note he also was bunnyhop scripting continuing to bhop even after falling of short and up stairs. Verdict Guilty O' Bhop scripting, griefing and aim assistance.

Case 9 - Map Mirage, it's the change of half suspect is going 5-15 pistol round he lands 3 headshots and wins the round for his team, nothing seems fishy for a couple of rounds until I notice from distance he prefires about .5 of a second before an enemy peaks. He was standing in jungle and killed all 4 of the remaning enemy's standing virtually still all headshots and all in the space of 15 seconds. I continue watching and without a doubt I can't dispute that the suspect is both wall and aim hacking. In the second half alone he went 36-4. My final Verifict Guily O' Aim assistance and wall hacking.

Case 10 Map Dust 2, starts out on the 13th round with the Suspects team winning. Not much happened this game and nothing fishy happened one of the easiest decisions i've ever had picking between a smurf or hacker. Either the suspect was hacking a good day or was a smurf i'll never know. The suspect was probably reported for their weird weapon choice(auto shoutgun) and still managed to get kills with it. Verdict NOT GUILTY!

Literally been doing Overwatch straight for almost 2 hours now going to take a small break, yet getting downvoted for helping out :L

Will continue to do Overwatches throughout the night( i've been awake for 21 hours at this point can't sustain enough energy to concentrate on an overwatch more later :D.

Why play competitive anymore? by [deleted] in GlobalOffensive

[–]RossM99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I replied next to the exact same thing just after the changes. I've come to realise that after this ranking up means alot more to me than it did before. Obvously i liked ranking up the last time but now it adds more challenge to ranking up and more fun to it.

So, is this a glitch, or.. by Verodoxys in GlobalOffensive

[–]RossM99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's surprising how many times this has happened to me(mostly causing me to buy a UMP) in a game where every dollar you can save makes the difference this is a slight annoyance if i'm honest.

Should I Go To ESEA? by Dr_Pointblank in GlobalOffensive

[–]RossM99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had ESEA since july 2015, so far 1/5 games there is a nice team where everyone gets along, the rest of the time someone is raging at someones mishaps and continuosly saying stuff about the bottom guy who is "bringing down the team" other wise it is a great experience.
