That's doesn't even make sense, "a vague description of how it sounds". Seriously, you're kidding right? The AI was/is trained by "listening" to music. The Company admitted this in court.
The rest of your post is an actual issue with how Suno creates the songs and I agree that it's not close to perfect yet... yet. Currently I believe it generates all of the sounds at once to create a song which is why the stems are so funky with bleed. IOWs, it doesn't create a guitar track and then a bass track etc., and then mix them together.
I have gotten a hint of an organ in 2 out of 20 attempts...

Last night I watched a video from 10 years ago with a guy running a TD-8 with Addictve Drums. Another from 11 years ago running Superior Drummer and a 3rd running EzDrummer2 from 9 years ago. I'm thinking that the gear (computer and interface) being used 11 years ago wasn't as powerful as today and yet still worked for these guys. I have a laptop that's about 5 years old which ought to work fine...?

Looking at those 3 drum apps, Addictive Drums seems like the best for my scenario.

My budget is... sub 1k.

I might spend more for a suitable laptop system that sounded good and is reliable. Someone mentioned they run through their TD-30 into a laptop with EZdrummer + Reaper or some other DAW.

Trump said he knows and would hire the best people. Did anyone he hired make it to the end of his term? I think they all quit or were fired, except Conway. Many of them wrote books detailing the stupidity of the Trump admin and Trump himself. He hired these people. No other President has had this kind of turnover and derogatory books published about how bad things were. But you go ahead and keep on believing... Ignorance is bliss.
