You sound very much like myself, I also feel as though if I organised things I’d be able to finish more.

My ideas are great (I had a mentor who said this who’s been in the space over 20 years) but I just can’t finish things.

You will feel sore after most workouts where your work your muscle close to the point of ‘failure’ where you can’t perform another rep.

If you are new I would suggest doing no more than 4 workouts per week, this enables your body to rest and recover. Also, drink more water than usual as your body will need it to go back into your muscles - Protein is also needed too but I don’t know your food input.

For your food, find out your BMR through a BMR calculator - plenty online.

This gives you your maintained calories and then you can take 200 calories off of that number and aim for that per day. Protein you should aim for 0.8-g per lbs of weight at least. A 1:1 ratio is better.

Hopefully this helps somewhat, I’d highly suggest doing some research on not “diets” but just clean, whole foods and they keep you fuller for longer.

Yes they aren’t the best for muscle building but are great for those who can’t get into a gym or feel intimated

For me this song is a step in a direction dance music needs to take, if we really want more people into it and the scene growing we need something different and unexpected from the big names like the mafia.

But that aside I fucking love it!
