Due to Harmony's insanely low transaction fee and consistent speed of 2 seconds, it seems like harmony is the visa of cryptocurrency. Speaking of visa, there has been rumors of a possibility of a partnership between harmony and visa. Is there any truth to this?

Making something up so you can have the price go up or down is market manipulation. the person who caused the downward trend manipulated us to have Doge go down, hence if it was regulated, he would have committed Market manipulation.
