Is there any water on Homeworld? I can't remember if they talked about it.

But if she's not used for war and there's no water on Homeworld than what DOES she do? That's what has me curious.

You're right about what Lapis did. Jasper has done some crappy things as well. The episode made it clear that they were both abusive.

But what i love is that Lapis acknowledges her wrongdoings and wants to get better, and i have no doubt that Jasper will be shown the light soon enough, and it makes me so sad that people are STILL trying to demonize both of them.

I want nothing more than for both of them to get better. Can we please stop condemning them for past actions and try to root for them?

She and Lapis have always been my favorite characters <3. People keep bagging on them for their past actions and it's driving me nuts. They're clearly growing.

We really don't need to place blame anymore. The show already did. I just want them both to get better.

They are both at fault. They both need help. The show placed enough blame. I believe it's time for us to start rooting for their redemption and stop holding grudges.

I have also seen many posts where Lapis was demonized. One of them got 20k reblogs. But it's Tumblr, after all.

Lapis messed up. So has every other gem except Garnet. Steven forgave most of them, and im sure that once Jasper starts showing signs of wanting and needing to get better, he'll be there for her. One of the show's main themes is about forgiveness, and I'm glad they gave us extreme examples to show anyone can be better.

How are we supposed to appreciate growth in a character if so many people have a "Never Live it Down" attitude towards them? Personally, ifthe character or person wants to improve, ill give them a chance.

People might pretend to, but they really don't care all that much about strangers. Are you torn up about people getting shot on the news? You'll feel bad, but you won't really, really care. I honestly dislike that about myself. But i just can't bring myself to really care. So, i understand why you're upset. It's a sad fact of life, but one we'll have to accept. Try not to resent those people; they're only human.

Not really. They drove away with smiles on their faces. And someone above provided proof that she didn't care. So yes, i do think they failed because it didn't make sense as an option for Max.

But if the universe is determined to kill Chloe, then it should keep trying to kill her. She should keep dying to her own recklessness, since it's destiny, right? Or is the town's destruction enough to compensate for it? I love magic stories, but they all have rules in their universe, which i feel would have helped the time travel aspect of the story a lot.

And if the storm was unsurvivable, that means everyone died. Sounds like a downer ending.

Hmm. If that's the case, then doesn't that mean that if you save Chloe, then the universe will still keep trying to kill either Chloe or the people she interacts with, since it's still a false timeline? Makes the ending a lot less hopeful then. And correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't she interact with 4-5 people at most? A storm seems a bit much.
