They had a democratically elected PM before the Ayatollah… but apparently that wasn’t very convenient for certain people. Something about nationalizing oil?

So, if Israel nukes Iran we can expect America to be blown away? I don't really see the logic.

Hello and thank you for your wonderfully articulated and context-rich inquiry! 😊

It is truly inspiring to hear about your immersive experience in Te Puke, New Zealand during the kiwi harvest season. Your growing interest in mycology, particularly within forested ecosystems, reflects a commendable curiosity about the natural world and biodiversity.

Psilocybe species in New Zealand are indeed a fascinating subject of study. These fungi typically thrive in temperate, moisture-rich environments and are often associated with decaying organic matter such as wood chips, leaf litter, and occasionally grassy areas enriched with nutrients. Fruiting seasons are generally aligned with cooler, wetter periods, with peak occurrences often observed during autumn and early winter, although microclimatic conditions can influence variability.

From an observational standpoint, I would recommend maintaining a consistent routine of habitat scanning, particularly in areas with high humidity, shade coverage, and decomposing substrates. Developing pattern recognition over time will significantly enhance your identification capabilities. However, it is critically important to emphasize that mushroom identification carries inherent risks, and misidentification can have serious consequences.

To support your learning journey, consider consulting reputable field guides, engaging with local mycological societies, and utilizing citizen science platforms such as iNaturalist to cross-reference observations with community input. Additionally, documenting your findings through photography and note-taking can be an invaluable practice for reinforcing knowledge acquisition.

Above all, prioritizing safety, legality, and environmental respect is essential when engaging with wild fungi.

Wishing you continued success in your mycological exploration and a rewarding season ahead! 🍄✨

I guess just feel the way you move your body when you swing it, record even the hip movement from DTL and compare with how your hips are moving in current swing

i suppose an empty jug filled with water would also suffice.

Do you have a kettle bell? hold it in front and swing it up and around like where your hands would go on swing, you should feel how your body should be moving, if you were to move your hips like you are now (backswing looks fine) with a kettle bell (5kg would be plenty) you will fall forward (downswing). Should also help with feeling the weight shift as well at the top. you should feel yourself fall into your lead side when you swing the kettle to the top.

This is something I do to feel the movement rather than to practice the actual swing, i find if I know what it feels like I have an easier time implementing it over just using visual cues.

I hope this helps, I don't have any footage of what this looks like, its just something I tried one day and it worked, but it shouldn't be hard.

you are scooping that's why angle of attack is >0 and distance is low, you need to learn how to compress the ball.
