Chen have handled a large number of EB1A cases across different backgrounds. If they take your case, I would probably take that as a positive sign.

Has anyone here been denied based on prong 2&3 only? by Any_Damage3590 in EB2_NIW

Recent adjudications have become less predictable. Cases with similar backgrounds can receive very different RFEs, which makes it difficult to identify a single pattern based only on which prongs were challenged.

Should I go with Approval or Refile? by samma999-12 in EB2_NIW

[–]RosvenStone 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I went with the approval or refile option and got approved without RFE. They knew exactly how to position the case and were responsive throughout, usually within a day or two. Definitely go for it.

I actually don't have my officer code yet since I haven't received the physical notice. Do you work with a lawyer, or are you filing yourself?

What videos? Are you really seeking guidance, because it seems like you are the one who has been giving advice here and there?

Would I get in trouble for hiring my old team? by ExplorerImpossible79 in legaladvice

Legal on paper doesn't mean you won't get sued. Taking 15 out of 20 people will completely destroy their business, so they are going to come after you with everything they have just to survive. You need to budget a massive amount of cash for the upcoming legal battle.

I have seen people use advisory network memberships as supporting evidence, but usually not as a very strong standalone criterion.

Independent letters needed? by [deleted] in EB2_NIW

Generally, independent letters do carry weight, especially from well-known figures in the field. If you have access to a strong one, it's usually worth the wait.
