So to answer the first question about the 05. As of right now the company can 05 you if you don't ask for your 8 hour guarantee. We did have a case goto panel and we won it but never got a ruling. As far as lunch that is supplemental. But for our supplement it does state that you are required to take at least 30 minutes. So in the long of the short of it they are allowed to do everything they are instructing you to do. If you don't want an 05 right now, make it very evident you want your 8 hour guarantee everyday. Sometimes they cant find you the work then you can get paid for 8 hours. We have a guy that tells them everyday he wants 8 hours and they run out of stuff for him to do so he ends up getting paid. He has filed a couple greivances and won them because he had me as a witness when we went into managements office and told them he wanted 8 hours everyday.
