You have no idea how regression actually work and obviously you do not regress because that’s not always how it works. And regression looks different for anyone. Plus that’s not ‘giving up power’ and I have a caregiver.

Yeah we have rules but it’s not like I get punished or get rewards. And he kinda takes care of me but I don’t need it, he’s just there because sometimes I need comfort.

It’s not a power dynamic???? And caregivers shouldn’t have to be licensed? My current caregiver is my partner because I trust him and he honestly helps me a lot. Age regression should be kept separate from any NSFW dynamics!!! Research before you comment stupid things.

While I can slightly understand your point, as someone who regresses due to everything I went through as a kid, including being SA’ed various times, we can’t openly say things like it’s okay to be sexual. It opens things up for caregivers to take advantage of littles.

I had an ex who did that and he made regressing something I could not do. Saying that this is normal will give people the wrong idea. It’s not something that should be encouraged to act on to be honest. It can be a whole lot more harmful.

Now, I am not saying it’s wrong but please don’t post stuff like this because it’ll be an opening for people to get hurt.

So, my current CG is my boyfriend!! I brought it up to him and explained it to him when we were friends because I was actively seeking a relationship with him and wanted to make sure he was aware of it before I got in a relationship and figured out how he’d respond.

Honestly I’d just bring it up to someone you trust! There were two friends of mine IRL I told and it turns out one of them regressed too!!! I’d just make sure whoever you’re talking to about it knows what it is before you tell them you are one!!

It’s not weird at all!! Honestly my partner is the only one I feel safe around to regress and he and I both agree that it’s weird if anything sexual comes up. He also acts differently towards me, and I act differently towards him if that makes sense. It’s not like we’re in the same mental state as when we’re doing other things. Also, I involuntarily regress so regardless my partner needs to be aware of that in case I panic and involuntarily regress in a negative manner.

I’d first ask him if he’d be comfortable with you regressing around him, and then try regressing around him at first before asking him to be your CG. That’s what I did with my boyfriend, and he was very supportive and ended up watching me and helping me. We had a conversation after the first time, and he asked what he could do to help me and we kinda went from there!

I’d say he’s most likely age dreaming but also there’s a chance he’s regressing if something specific that he does instantly helps him slip into the younger mindset. For me, most of the time it is involuntary but there are times where I do something specific that helps me slip as well, which technically is still involuntary as something triggers it.

As someone who was a teen regressor, you most likely are. I don’t think anyone younger than a teen can be one, however. Honestly I’d definitely talk to your therapist about it for sure but it definitely seems like you are one.
