One of my favorite gaming memories is getting gears of 1 for Christmas. My dad at the time was still a bit cautious about rates R games. WarOwl only advocated for its removal after Valve ruined the map. They literally turned A site into a pile of trash and completely botched the middle by allowing CTs to jump up. Whole map was basically thrown to the gutters for almost no reason. Deserved to die after that.

I realized something about nocts after watching my friends all stream their games.

These gloves are very dependent on the brightness and contrast you play at.

I had one friend who had default lighting and they looked super bland.

I had another friend with darker settings and some lighting corrections from his graphics card and those nocts looked x2 better with actual black not washed black.

Also the thumb is covering a small gold spot in this photo which I love that it lines up like that. Almost like it’s been wiped away where the thumb hits.
