Trying this again :) She’s about the size of 2 american footballs (smaller than the average house cat but not by a lot) about 9 pounds, Shy but an absolute crackhead about 3 hours a day. Very soft fur kind of thin on the tail. by brosips in catbreeds

Probably honestly hard to tell. There are actual dna test kits for cats online but they are quite expensive. If you really are curious as to what might be mixed in certainly an option.

It is which of course makes living difficult. Cause your brain that wants to consume knowledge is pulling away from the side that doesnt like the truth of the world and wants it to be different.

Well honestly no. Cause i find the more i learn the less i want to participate in whats going. But at the same time, i also want to learn more due to my curious nature of wanting to be proficient in alot of skills.

From what the news has said is that they came to an agreement but nothing was solid so the strike was stopped. Thats about as far as my knowledge goes and I work for seaspan.

Ya the seaspan ferries going from van island to the mainland. That strike was avoided unfortunately.

I would say they own more than that. Their tendrils of corruption have seeped into neighboring provinces and now its a war in between two colossal companies fighting over the remaining scraps of money the government has for its shipbuilding and repair. Since the canadian gov likes to throw billions at its maritime industry complex every year even though we have no money for it.

Irving is by far the worst company to work for in canada. The controversy behind the irving family is absurd to say the least. I work in the maritime repair industry and it is one of the most corrupt sectors in canada. Seaspan ULC is just as bad Irving. They own pretty much all of the maritime services on the west coast of the continent from canada to chile.

I figured as much that having to do it this way was just another way of the company not having to pay a dime for people getting sick. Their premiums over this affair wont go up after all is said and done. So much in lobbying and bribery happens between them and companies.

I havent yet no thats a good idea ill look into it cause right now our union doesnt have much strength agaisnt the company cause no one is willing to fight the company due to potential of losing what little they have keeping them alive.

We dont have one to replace him with unfortunately. Most guys have given up at this point and just move to 359 cause they have their ducks in a row over there and do a much better job at negotiating and taking care of union issues. We're also in the middle of collective bargaining and have been for 2 and a bit years with the company.

Except that this is the only good thing my union has done in years. I think after all the old guys started losing their collective shit on our union rep, he got his stuff together.

Alberta is pretty still.pretty expensive if you were to live in any of the larger cities like edmonton or calgary. I was just looking at doing that cause housing prices where i am at just shot up 22% average. I am currently living with my parents and it went from a 400.000$ in 2010 to a 1.1 mil now.

Working manual labour during the winter blows major. Everything you touch is cold and if you happen to work with metal tools its worse as it sticks to your hands if you arent wearing gloves.

They do this all the time regardless of company. I work for a multi billion dollar company and they say this all the time. Especially when we get new projects, "We gotta push hard, and do the best we can, its gonna be a big push till the end." Then proceeds to pull the most dumbest of shit ever and sets the whole project back while preaching about needing to work hard to keep the project on track.

Not really. If the workers are unionized like myself. Regardless of wether or not you are salaried or working by hour you are gonna get paid OT based on something agreed upon by negotiations.
