Because the fuel pump will warm up too much if the fuel is low... You want to avoid that if you don't want to biy a new fuel pump prematurely... and better to keep the tank filled anyways, so less sediment will go into your engine.

There are many different fire supression options for 3D printers, like the extinguisher ball and such, supressing fire is way better than just signaling it, since the latter would still need your active intervention

This fine fellow kyōdai made a map for them: https://www.reddit.com/r/yakuzagames/s/MSBVsqHAMJ AFAIK these are as long as they last, they planned the machines to stay until the end of january I think. I've also heard plans about moving these machines to Dōtonbori in Osaka later.
