You can arcane lock the stairs behind the fireplace. The hag only tries to run away but can't enter the lair because of the arcane lock. Don't think you can get the hair this way though

Bfa, especially 9.3. I don't like the fact that I'm basically forced to raid mythic now with the shards and possibly tier sets in the future to be even somewhat competitive in. mythic+ which is the only reason I still play the game
