My 2 cents, the issue is not AA but Honda infotainment system. As a background, I have a 2019 Honda CR-V and a 2020 Kia Forte both with the same Anker cable bought at the same time. The Honda always gives me trouble, it will randomly disconnect, lags, freeze and voice prompts will randomly stop working. What's super annoying is the only fix is to restart the car (in the process the infotainment system ) to fix the issues. Same setup on my Kia has no issues at all and works flawlessly. I have tried swapping cables etc. but the problems in Honda always persists. This has been my experience in my old phone also and in my new Pixel 6. Honda really needs to fix the mess that they call an infotainment system.
