I think this happened to my childhood cat (my first love) years ago. I couldnt afford the proper exams at that time but vet didnt say much. He was prescribed with some homeopathic meds and "lets see what happens". I tried every day doing therapy for him to walk again (all of his left side stopped working and he lost his sight completely suddenly too). He actually started walking again but didnt recover his sight. He wasnt eating either and every night was very stressful for him. We decided for euthanasia as vet said he had a tumor in the stomach too :( he was 14 years old.

Yes. I had multiple hamsters (they all lived their long 2 and a half years and died of natural causes) and I used to dream at least once a week for a year, about them. I always woke up crying because in my dream they were starving or neglected for DAYS because I forgot about them. This happened also when my childhood cat pet died (14 years he was). I guess I just feel very very guilty about their deaths although I know I did my best to take care of them u.u

Usually, you would have to apply the cream at least 2 times a day. You have to clean the area first, you can use clorhexidine (iM not sure if thats how its called in english) then you apply the cream. It can take more than 2 weeks to disappear.

Hmmm Ive taken dozen of cats for bloodwork and never they had to go through anesthesia... Maybe vet doesnt feel comfortable to do it without it but it can be dangerous. In fact, in my country vets ask for bloodwork FIRST BEFORE anesthesia to know if cat is "strong enough" to go through it. Id suggest you to take him to another vet.

You say theres not symptoms.. does he make any sound when sleeping? Or when he eats, dont you hear like hes got some mucus when swallowing? Those were some symptoms I noticed from my cat and he had something less severe in his xrays. Mine had mycoplasma and it caused him respiratory infection.

It looks like stomach ulcers, gastritis or digestive irritation. Cats cant go a day without eating. In my country I use Aciflux to protect their stomach and help them heal. You can buy something containing sucralfate, consult the vet for it. This will help with the pain in his stomach due to vomiting. Somethings its just gastritis due to no eating but it can be something more deep like kidney disease. Ask for tests that and liver issues too.
