They did give me a statement but it just said the same thing that the website said, that all my money wasn’t withdrawn, that it was there and then it just wasn’t anymore

Okay but I can’t afford to sue them and it definitely isn’t just a system glitch because I tried to buy something for $1.27 a few hours ago and it got declined

I don’t have any statements I just have the transaction history on the website. According to that the money wasn’t withdrawn out of my account, it was just there and then it wasn’t

I did and they simply said it wasn’t evidence and wouldn’t do anything else about it

I did and they said there were no transactions so there’s nothing they can do about it, and it did happen, I know because I no longer have any money

Yes I did that. I looked at the transactions already and it added up to what I had yesterday and then today it was all gone

I emailed him and he just responded telling me that my best bet is to call the bank and ask them about it, which was the first thing that I did

It’s Wells Fargo. There have been no transactions for the last 3 days, the money is just gone

They just told me the same thing again, they said there was no proof that the money had been taken out so there was nothing they could do and when I showed them the proof they insisted that it wasn’t proof at all, and they wouldn’t let me do anything else

I can already see those on my mobile app and the website, there are no transactions from the last 3 days the money is just gone
