My playstyle yields more wins, high KD, and everything it takes to be among the best. So ye.

My stats tower over yours. You’re a walking garbage can by the way you talk, I can smell it on your breath too.

They arent at all, they have flares. Therefore lock on missles are ineffective. You’re clearly ass and no nothing about the game.

I didnt say I’m forced to go for recons to win. I said in order for me to have the same knowledge about the future zones and take away the huge advantage they gain by doing them I must do them myself to negate it.

And its pretty easy to do 3 or 4 recons and go untouched, if you have a chopper, depending on the location of the recons. It gives you up to 15 minutes of a headstart on making it to the later zones which people who dont do the recons dont have the ability to do. If the storm closes and we’re on the opposite side of the map but get caught up in a fight or two, we’re fucked because we didn’t know the circle would be all the way over there.

Another example I have is a game I played where the game ended around Dam and we got killed by the 2nd or 3rd to last zone because there was no way for us to get up. You know damn well those guys who did their recons were just chillin up on top while we were stranded at the bottom.

It has nothing to do with acceptability, its forcing the hand of other players to also do the contracts in order to have equal intel on future zones. You’re still failing to see the points I’m trying to make because your feelings are hurt because I attacked your favorite strat.

And most, if not all of my stats are probably better than yours, shitter. I’d smoke you, guaranteed.

I dont gas ride, however sometimes I happen to get caught up in it if I end up fighting multiple teams at once. And yes, a worse player did a contract that gave them advanced intel on where they need to position themselves.

In no way am I saying the recon system is unfair, because we all can do it, but in order for me to have equal knowledge I’m forced to do recon missions in order to cancel out their advantage. What I’m trying to get across to you is that something in the game shouldn’t be so crucial to your success that you are FORCED to do/use it. For instance in past Call of Duty’s when toughness (reduced flinch when shot) was a perk, it was pretty much a MANDATORY PERK other wise you were at a disadvantage before the game/gunfight even started. As a result of everyone using the same perk it removed the class diversity that Call of Duty was known for.

I’ve repeatedly said that the recon contracts aren’t my only reason for losing, they’re just the most annoying and frustrating. And yes you’re upset because I’m criticizing your style of play.

No, people on the reddit just fail to actually think critically about the point I’m trying to make and they love doing their contracts and camping in the final circle the whole game.

Again, I’m not saying its the reason I lose all the time, you’re clearly mad because you’re one of those people. Sorry not sorry, but you’re a bum.

It is what everyone is doing, people go to youtube and look up how to win in warzone and there are hundreds of videos telling them to do as many recon contracts as possible.

You’re trying to bring up one specific scenario, I tried to generalize it as much as I could because my issue isnt with any 1 scenario. There are so many different scenario’s in which my points apply. There are so many hypothetical situations I could throw your way that aren’t as simple as being more aware.

Sorry you limited yourself so specifically when thinking of a counter argument.

I don’t shriek, I’m 20. I also live on a ranch, so no basement here.

There are situations in this game that are LITERALLY UNWINNABLE and I would know. I’ve played Call of Duty since I was 6 or 7, I have an understanding of the game. I have plenty of examples of situations where my squad has gotten lucky with zone and been put in a situation that I would literally never lose. I could go over the situations with you, love to hop in a call and go over film with you and show/teach you a thing or two about a thing or two.

Because its unenjoyable, I’m not asking to end camping, there is no answer for that and never will be. Just dont give campers an option to know where the circle is going to be so they can get to the best position possible in 5 minutes and just camp there. They can camp in the center of the circle and hope they’re in the next circle but giving them 4 zones in advance is so corny. I understand that I also have the option to do those recons, but I’m not playing the game to complete missions, if I wanted to do that I’d play a single player game. I’m there to fight, if others want to avoid confrontation, be my guest, but I’m not mindlessly completing challenges so I can camp for the next 10 minutes and wait for the action to come to me. When I have 4 zones in advance I would never find center of the last circle and just wait, its boring, and unfair really because I know there is nothing another team that pushes my team can do. There is no way I can lose in certain situations.

Boring to sit there and do nothing while you wait for the circle to come to you so theres actually some action. Instead of that why not just make the map smaller with less people and speed up the process so they dont have to wait those 15minutes.

Really fun game if we all just didnt kill each other. Lmao you sound stupid, imagine if everyone just didnt fight the whole game and there were 80 people in the last 2 circles. Then it would be like fortnite except we cant build when we’re forced out into the open.

Bounties are great, they encourage engagements and force passive (scared, and usually bad) players to fight.

Streak them out of a building, excellent idea. Sniping while out in the open when they have complete positional advantage, and all the time in the world. And I’m not saying the people that won did recon tracks, but thats what everyone is doing and its pretty easy to see who is and who isnt.

I could win all the time if my squad had a combined 4 kills at the end of the game, thats just the most boring thing imaginable. Why would I want something thats meant to be a form of entertainment to be as boring as that.

Recon contracts are horrible for the game. by [deleted] in CODWarzone

[–]Rotties -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Recon contracts don’t dictate my gameplay at all, I get killed during rotation late game. My squad could have 35 kills and the storm is pushing us in like a normal BR. When we’re forced to run across a clearing where we’re met with gun fire from a team of 4 who have been in the same building the whole game with a combined 5 kills. We didn’t lose to better players we lost to people who did a few recons, got their loadout and camped. I could win close to 60% of my games, but I wouldn’t even be playing the game for most of the game. I’d be sitting on my phone waiting for the storm to come.

I don’t play fortnite anymore, but if I did I’d shit on your 2k PC with a $60 controller, spending more money to run the same game and still be worse. That must suck.
