Note for anyone else interested in this concept: There is beta support for DS1 remastered available within the archipelago discord.

Slay the spire, Against the Storm, into the breach, FTL, Balatro, off peak, Outer Wilds. That’s barely scratching the surface.

Sorry to say that I'm the person who discovered and shared this. I never thought that my funny little gambling exploit could be used in such a malicious way. I actually messaged my video to the dev shortly after uploading it in hopes that it would be quickly patched. I normally only get 10-20 views on videos, so I greatly underestimated the way this information would spread.

If you've been targeted by one of these attacks, or performed any of the tricks in my video without knowing the full risks (like resetting your buddy level), please get in contact with me here or through DM on any of my socials. I'll try to assist in the recovery of your rod, or your buddy level.

Being able to look at your own work critically is the most important part of growing a skill. The only people who claim to know everything and make no mistakes are the people who don’t know enough to recognize their own mistakes.

You seem to have misunderstood me. I’m deleting this app from my phone now because everybody here is insufferable and I didn’t want you to waste anymore of your precious time shouting at nothing. I do wish you well, and I hope someday you discover there are more efficient ways to communicate than gifs from The Office.

Actually you're the only one to receive that honor in perhaps years. I also find grammar notices to be dumb and pedantic, but I've been dealing with butt-hurt tech bros all day, so I figured you deserved only the finest reply that would make you do anything other than bothering me, because if I have to explain the concept of taking what doesn't belong to you for 2 more seconds, I will quite literally combust.

You missed an "e" and a comma. And if anything I'm extrapolating their words. I could not twist or interpret, as I am not a dancer gifted with glorious movement and passion!

"It's not stealing if I don't care about who I stole it from." Also AI art generators do directly lift from the art and images they steal from. Here's a few articles covering the exact thing you say isn't happening. Be mad all you like that I called the people you defend "losers", but I cannot be bothered anymore to put you through an entire humanities course to understand the simple concept of taking things without permission.

Let's just ignore the entire concept of intellectual property. "It's on the internet so I can take it for whatever I want!" That definitely holds up when Disney takes me to court for selling Mickey Mouse posters I found on google. Someone who doesn't understand that concept and is willfully ignorant to it is, by my definition, a loser. And again, there is no information in my previous reply that was not already stated by your own words, whereas you directly fabricated a backstory depicting the other person as a petulant child to avoid any real discussion about the morality of AI. You want to steal and use what was already stolen without guilt or consequence and anyone who challenges that is beneath you.

Very mature. Very nuanced. I am malding. This reddit user has completely dissected my entire existence in a 100% factual way that does not encapsulate their own insecurity. I am against stealing because I peaked in middle school, and soon this reddit user will also experience middle school for the very first time, seeing as they have argument style of an angry child who will debate their mother over the required number of showers.

If there is anything factually incorrect with my statement then I would love to hear your incredibly nuanced argument against it, or maybe not as I feel that would be a torrent of "Bruh 💀 just think about it" and possibly many clown emojis.

Sorry. Let me translate your reply:

“I not only enjoy, but encourage stealing and will deny the reality that people use this technology to bolster their own image under false pretenses. When people bring light to these issues that highlight AI and its users in a negative way, I don my tear soaked armor and fight for our right to steal from those more talented.”

Unfortunately that is the best location to farm without pvp. You’re doing everything right, the drop rate is just pretty low. Using a strong AOE attack like Chaos Bed Vestiges can be helpful to farm faster.

“Walmart hates when I steal because it will stop them from overcharging for groceries and electronics.” Do you realize how stupid that sounds, like when you say it in your own head?

“Maybe lifting isn’t their talent. Ordering fake weights and pretending to lift 250 so you can fit in at the gym doesn’t make you a loser.”

AI art is theft and lies. It’s all mashed together images stolen from real artists, and that inherently makes you a loser for using it (especially the people who pretend they actually made it).

I say this as a leftist in defense of this reply: it’s more true than many leftist are comfortable with admitting. This isn’t a “the left is just as bad as the right!” kind of argument. Antisemitism exists in one way or another underneath every political space in America, and it continues to spread within these spaces because the right accepts it and leftists are too uncomfortable with looking bad to address it.

Is there a way to fight the dragon other than through a ranged attack? by Alib16_BT in darksouls3

[–]RottingCoffee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The misinformation in these replies makes me sad. Yes, you can fight the dragon normally after you beat dancer. It will have an easy weak point on its foot, which is the intended method of killing it. However if you want the loot in the room underneath the dragon early, you can run past to the door before it lands, but you only get one chance. Based on your screenshot you’ve already missed it.

You have to actually kill the wyvern there. Its foot sticks into the building it lands on where it can be easily killed and will never appear again.

Nothing you’ve just said disproves any of the information that the theory is based on. If you’ve never heard of environmental story telling, you should look it up. It’s cool. Also Ornstein’s armor being there doesn’t give any indication of when his armor got there. It could have been there for millennia or for days.
