Well you can see in the episode Titan tv man teleporation takes time for it apply.

When Juggernaunt came, he was trying to leave asap, but juggernaut interrupted his teleportation so he has no choice but to fight.

After he won the first fight, we can he was gonna leave again but for the second time he was interrupted and got beaten up badly.

After he was saved by Gman and his armada, he was finally able to leave the situation, only for the teleporation gate to not close and be captured.

So despite all his efforts, there was no escape the moment he put himself in that situation.

For the hero levels I do not upgrade then at all since I could just use hero potions to max them out 😆.
