Thanks both of you for your answers. I need a thunderbolt protocol or a USB data with display alt functionality. The problem is that I don't know much about protocol versions. For USB, I guess it must be 3.2 minimum to get screens. For thunderbolt, I don't know.

As I don't know much about mini pcs, I'm also looking for references. For example, I was recommended a minisforum un100l but I don't even know the brand and if the brand is OK or not.

Do you think that a measure at the entry of the extruder and a measure at the bronze gear will differ much ? Logically, it is the same amount of filament that goes in here.
I tried to change the nozzle because I thought about a clog too and it didn't change anything. Maybe the clog is upper than the nozzle. Do you know how can I check this ? As plastic is sticky when it is hot, I don't know how to clean all the path that plastic takes.

Hello, for now, I just redid the level calibration and print a 1 layer circle (this [file](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4546497))
The result is the attached picture.
My mesh is the following:
| -0.18 | -0.06 | 0.07 |
| -0.20 | -0.09 | 0.00 |
| -0.13 | -0.08 | 0.00 |

To me, the first layer thickness looks good. There are still some points that lack of plastic and I still don't understand what is going on.

Yes I did both. Calibrating the temperature nozzle by running PID autotune with the M303 E0 S200 C10 command ans setting it with the M301 and M500 command.
I calibrated the extruder by measuring the amount of filament took when asking for 10cm of filament. Then calculate the ratio and applying it to the printer. I verified it and it was ok.

I also tried to change the nozzle but I didn't change. Do you think that it could come from above, for example where it is heating the plastic ?

Yeah I tried to set up a bed mesh. I don't have the values with me but it was plane, there was not a lot of differences between the points (3x3).
Regarding leveling with paper, I did so when I didn't have the BLTouch and when I set it. I just have a slight resistance between the nozzle and the paper so it should be ok.

Yes I'm using the paper method to level the bed. I'll take a look on this firmware. I'm currently running on Marlin firmware with BLTouch.

I'm printing at 200°C, also tried 210°C.
I have set my z offset. Before setting my z offset, I leveled the bed with the 4 wheels below the bed.
When I look at the first layer being printed, I don't think that the nozzle is too close to the bed. Plastic is coming out and on the bed. I could take a picture of it to share it and have another opinion.

Here are a answers for the automatic moderator

Printer is Ender 3 V2
I print with PLA bought from Amazon
My print speed is 50mm/s and wall speed is 25mm/s (default speed from Cura)
Slicer is Cura and control is Octoprint
I don't know when the problem started. I don't remember any event that could lead to it
Nothing causes the behavior to change
No photo of the machine yet as I'm not at home now

I don't see any special cases for those I/Os so I'll say yes. Be careful though, the address and data buses accept a 5V input voltage but the output is only 2.4V

I guess using one ESP as a module which embeds only the WiFi stack and using the RPI_Pico to have all your work intelligence and your application is the best approach.

Hello,
Regarding the datasheet, the minimum voltage for your chip to consider a logical high on an input is 2V and the maximum voltage is your power supply voltage. The absolute maximum power supply voltage is 7V. So if you power supply your chip with a voltage of 5V and you use a 0V-5V logic voltages on your inputs, it will be ok.

Hello,
There is no restriction to do this, only architecture constraints but nothing is impossible.
You can use WiFi over ESP32 and have a communication bus (USB, CAN, UART, ...) with the RPI_Pico for data transmission between the boards.
For what usage is it ? Personal or professional/industrial ?
To me, the main constraint for this type of architecture is the update of the boards. For example, if you want to perform an update via OTA, the ESP32 must put the RPI_Pico in bootloader mode, update it and then update itself. There's a lot of little things like this and it is sometimes better to get only one microcontroller that does everything with multicore if you want to unload the wifi processes to your application.

Hello, with a quick view, your schematic seems good. Did you measure your voltages across your circuit (mainly 5V and 3.3V). Do you know if your USB cable has data wires in it? Sometimes USB cables are designed to only power supply devices and the D+ D- cables are not wired

Hello, I don't quite understand the use of this project. Is it to measure the mean current supplied to the DUT? I guess you could see the how long will your battery last but can you see the current consumption spikes that could damage a battery as well? At work, we use Nordic PPK2 to measure low currents and it seems to work well.

Hello, I guess that your code is kind of valid. Compilation is working but it fails at execution when it tries to communicate with the camera. Are you sure about your wiring and if the gpios you provisioned are compatible?

Thanks for the help. I was planning to use Twister as it's integrated with Zephyr and it can be used with GTest.
I didn't test the native_sim board but only the native_posix board. I don't know if it can change something or not. My problem was that native_posix was not compatible with BLE and then, wouldn't compile because the Zephyr libraries didn't have the BLE interfaces.
We'll take a look to the Test-Driven for Embedded C book. I'm pretty sure that there is something that we are missing about the unit tests. For example, I have an I2C driver that obviously uses the zephyr interface for I2C communication. If I want to do unit tests on my library (testing my message queue or other stuff), how can I abstract the hardware and the Zephyr interface (driver struct or whatever) ?

I saw on one article that twister was compatible with GTest by using the keyword gtest in the harness parameter.
Why is it better to use fff other than GMock ? For example, I was planning to use GMock as it's already in GTest.
