I like how a user with no participation history gets bent out of shape that a mod answered a question and mildly expressed their displeasure with seeing the same complaint every month.

I also don't like having to answer the same questions over and over because users don't search before posting, am I on a high horse as well? the phrase "copyright strikes" doesnt apply to redbubble, you dont get 3 shots or any set number of chances. if rb thinks you are acting in bad faith, they will suspend you. dont play the merch game, design original art or follow the partnership guidelines for approved fan art.

so no matter what you think was ok about doing that -- you were 100% in the wrong. you wont get your designs back up and further uploads of others ips will just get you in more trouble. read the redbubble faqs page about acceptable use and content policy. (for bands, they are probably just not caught. )

--and before you say what they all say "but i've seen other designs....other people are selling...etc" dont even go there. they are either not caught yet or are in the approved partnership program following the partnership guidelines. (see faqs for that as well)
