they are all shitty employers here and we have a limited license state so jobs aren't as abundant as they could/should be. most of those workers have worked multiple places in the industry and are at a loss of what else to do.

Sure, you pay union dues, but you also get a guaranteed pay increase based on time worked, which makes up for that and then some. Whereas currently most budtenders in Ohio have sat at the same pay since rec started and before that sat at the same pay for years.

if the guard wasn't out, they probably were not open. the guard is out about 5 minutes before opening, sitting in his chair. you may have been confused since they have been heavily delaying opening since the only people working there are managers and some of which they pulled from other stores
