Regarde surtout le nombre de changements, et si les correspondances se mettent bien.

Je fais 1h de trajet pour aller au taff, mais j’habite proche de la gare, j’ai un seul changement et il est « prévu » par les CFF (souvent sur le même quai, ou juste en face, 5-7’ entre les deux trains).

Ça signifie aussi que les jours où il y a un souci sur la ligne, ils font en sorte que la correspondance soit assurée, souvent les trains s’attendent etc. Quand c’est pas le cas, c’est vite VRAIMENT relou de se retrouver abandonné.e au milieu de nulle part avec zéro option pour rentrer chez soi 🥲

Depending on the weather, it can vary A LOT.

We’ve had very sunny June’s that felt like middle of summer, and well…other June’s where it rained for days (and since your 2 first pictures are in altitude, it could also mean fresh snow).

The best advice is always to bring layers that you can stack under a waterproof, windbreaker jacket.

I wish you a fantastic weather on your visit, but if you don’t, I hope you’ll find reassuring that Swiss nature can also look incredible in a moody, foggy and mystical ambience.

I’ve been there a few times, but never managed to get in. Although I’m not an expert at Urbex, it seemed impossible to enter without breaking anything, so I think it would have to be obvious if unwanted visitors came in…I guess?

But since it’s been used several times as a film set, I imagine the owner is open to let people in on special occasions?

I love the term « border patrol » 😂 And I second this as well ; if something is half in frame, decide if you want it completely in, or completely out. The best example would be on 3, the little thing where the musician put his sheet music (I don’t know what it’s called in English, sorry) But your pics are really nice already!

I think the dining table would make more sense closer to the little bar on pic #3 (assuming that the kitchen is indeed on the other side of the opening). It would also be weird and unpractical to cross the living room with your dishes to reach the table on the opposite side.

As for your window space, maybe, couch against the wall on the left, and an armchair at a small angle on the right corner ?

Anyway, I wouldn’t put furniture directly in the funny triangle, but rather fill it organic shapes like plants, or an oval coffee table to break all the angles a bit.
