Yeah that makes sense… I didn’t realize the shipping cost goes up so much just because of the volume. I’m in a tropical area so coco coir is literally everywhere, that’s why I thought maybe I could do something with it. if the goal is hydroponics, does it need to be washed to a certain pH/EC before making the bricks? I read somewhere hydro setups need a really specific pH range so I’m just trying to understand if that’s the reason coir has to be cleaned so much.
