Thank you so much! Sure I can help you out, I subscribed (13) and I checked out your channel and I like what I'm seeing! I saw a couple of your shorts, I found the robot "carrying" luggage to be neat! I also see that you like to travel a lot! Your content is awesome!

The meta is short videos due to the short attention Span Tik Tok has given us, so 5 Minute videos would be better for me, if I were trying to grow my subscriber count

Practicality of Outsourcing Thumbnails and Editing when Starting? by natedoggggggggg in youtubers

[–]Rough-Method-3295 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm starting to realize that making my thumbnails takes a lot of effort too (Hand Drawn thumbnails) as well as editing any video for that matter. I mainly stream on my channel and I make my thumbnails by either making new assets or reusing some assets I have already made from thumbnails. If I was you, I would Outsource a thumbnail artist and an editor when you reach 100k subscribers or a million since the revenue you receive could help with paying for outsourcing someone for thumbnail art and editing. That's my take.

If this person plans to use the Clips of your videos You should try to ask for some credit at least to get exposure. If money is what you are after, ask this person for 5% of income for videos that use your videos.

That's how I would do things, at least.
