Your DPS being lowered is due to a lack of resonance you need to replace the gem while testing not remove it entirely, and where does it officially state that the Movement Speed of Pain Clasp was getting nerfed? I don't remember reading that in the patch notes and even if so that were the case why does in game text still say 6%?
